There are usually two methods for producing printed dog tag: offset printing and silkscreen printing. Offset printing can create gradients and complex colors, while screen printing involves printing one color at a time, resulting in clear color blocks that can be matched to Pantone colors. Printed dog tag can be made from materials such as bronze, stainless steel, and aluminum, with a typical thickness of 0.8mm. After printing, epoxy will be added on the surface to protect printing from not being scratched. The lead time of printed dog tag is short, and the unit price is low, making them an excellent choice for gifts and promotional items.

What is dog tag for?

Military identification tags, the most widely known as "dog tags", originated during the American Civil War.
