There are usually two methods for producing printed pins: offset printing and silkscreen printing. Offset printing can create gradients and complex colors, while screen printing involves printing one color at a time, resulting in clear color blocks that can be matched to Pantone colors. Printed pins can be made from materials such as bronze, stainless steel, and aluminum, with a typical thickness of 0.8mm. The lead time of printed pins is short, and the unit price is low, making them an excellent choice for gifts and promotional items.
